Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Due to delays in shipping due to Covid-19 please allow up to 3-10 days for items to arrive. I know how it feels after hitting "submit order" to run and check the tracking. We are equally excited to see all the Heaviness that all of my Thicque Girls will bring to each of these looks.   I will work tirelessly to fill your order as quickly as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: We will NOT be responsible for any lost/undeliverable packages.  Once a tracking number is issued, you assume full responsibility.  Please ensure that your are providing a valid address when placing your order. 

 

Items ship out Monday-Friday, No holidays or weekends unless you request a pick up.

IMPORTANT: Please allow up 10 days for preorder items to ship. As a compliment to your patience we will ship the order with 2-day shipping vs. Standard 3-5 day shipping.

Returns/Exchange:  NO RETUNS OR EXCHANGES!  We carefully inspect each piece for malfunctions before they are shipped to you. If you have questions about sizing feel free to contact us by one of the methods listed above.
